Having Your Chip Turned Off

Even deeper into the rabbit hole...

Under the blanket of fear we are moving towards a society of 'chipped' people.

First, chips in our driving licences, then passports/ID cards, then inside our bodies.
In a cashless society, if your chip is turned off you can't buy food, you can't pay your bills and you can't leave*. You will have somewhere to go though - apparently there are internment camps currently being built all over America**.
